His highest damage being Single 60 and AoE 40 aren't too bad by Attacker standards. But even if he doesn't use said skills, he can still hit fairly hard as his raw damage + nasty effects like Death Countdown and Vulnerable can prove to be quite annoying to deal with. Some skills can be risky to use but have the potential to boost his overall damage by a lot.
